About the Journal

The Journal of Astronomy and Space Sciences (JASS; J. Astron. JASS is an international journal devoted to the publication of fundamental and applied investigations in all aspects of spacerelated science and technology. It was launched in 1984 and is published quarterly. Each article published is assigned a unique DOI that serves to identify the article in the digital environment. JASS is an open access journal; consequently, the full texts of articles are free for all users to read and use. The papers published in JASS are accessible on the journal homepage (http://janss.kr), the DOAJ website, and the SAO/NASA ADS website. JASS has been indexed by KCI and SCOPUS since 2007 and 2012, respectively. Additionally, JASS was re-indexed by DOAJ and newly indexed in the ESCI (Emerging Sources Citation Index) by Clarivate Analytics in 2017.
